Lycée International de Houston was deeply honored to welcome Mr. Frank Marchetti, the new Consul General of France in Houston, along with Juliette Richoux, Program Officer for Educational Affairs, and Karl Cogard, Cultural Attaché and Director of Villa Albertine in Houston, to our campus.
Their visit reflects the strong and enduring ties between France and LIH. It also reaffirms our mission of preparing students to become global citizens through a world-class plurilingual education, where cultures meet, ideas flourish, and excellence is nurtured for the next generation of leaders.
Support from the French Consulate in Houston
Following the visit, Mr. Marchetti shared these encouraging words:
“Thank you, dear Kenneth Davis, Head of School, for showing us the beautiful LIH – Lycée International de Houston, accredited by the Government, which has continued to grow since its creation 8 years ago and has contributed in an exemplary way to the influence of language and culture as well as the values of multilingualism in Houston. You can count on the full support of the Consulate General of France in Houston for the future development of the school.”
