2. Mandatory Testing
-Applicants to KG/GS must submit the results of the WPPSI.

Locally, we recommend Education Specialists  LLC for testing. Please contact Tami Clark of (713-461-7996) to schedule the individual evaluation Student Info form.

For applicants outside of the Houston area, the WISC , WPPSI-4 and WPPSI tests can be administered by any certified psychologist. Please have the results sent to the Lycée International de Houston. The test should be administered in the child’s first language.

3. Request a Teacher Recommendation
If your child currently attends school, please submit a confidential teacher recommendation form via link to your child’s current school. The form should be electronically submitted to the Lycée International de Houston by your child’s current teacher.

4. Request a School Recommendation
If your child currently attends school, please submit a school recommendation form via link. The Admission committee works hard to put together a well balanced and diverse community of students who will thrive in our bilingual program. The form should be electronically submitted to the Lycée International de Houston by your child’s school director or principle. 

5. Interview / Observation
If your child currently attends school, please submit a confidential parent form via link. The Admission committee works hard to put together a well balanced and diverse community of students who will thrive in our bilingual program. Admission coordinator will contact you to schedule your interview and student observation.

6. Mandatory Medical Information
Please submit student immunization records to Magnus

7. Starting Pre-K3
Children must be fully potty-trained in order to start school.

An evaluation is not required for applicants transferring from an accredited French school; however, a Certificat de Scolarité and accompanying bulletins scolaires must be submitted.

The ISEE is an achievement test and is more content-oriented, relating to what a student should know given their grade level. This test is norm-referenced with other private schools.
