It is my pleasure to welcome you to an academic institution that is at the forefront of bilingual education in Texas. Our school is a truly unique learning environment. We nurture creative, multilingual learners, equipped to confidently embrace the delights and challenges of an interconnected world. We believe that individuals with a strong command of several languages will have greater professional opportunities, be better equipped to face the interconnected world in which we live.

The school is dedicated to high academic achievement by helping our students reach their true potential and guide them to see a world without barriers. At the Lycée International de Houston, our students belong anywhere in the world and our social emotional learning program combined with the rigor of the French pedagogy, the excellence of the American innovations, and the kindness of our educators give our students the tools to be successful citizens and become active global members of a fast-paced society.

At the Lycée International de Houston, we not only teach French and American standards, but we empower our students to value and respect diverse perspectives.  We encourage and nurture them to be passionate readers, avid learners, articulate speakers, and critical thinkers by giving them the opportunity to discover, explore, create, challenge ideas and thoughts throughout their journey from 18 months to high school. Our students benefit from a whole child approach where all the adults embody our core values of Excellence, Rigor, and Kindness. Our school’s purposeful and meaningful inclusion is core to our mission in that it enhances the educational experiences and outcomes for all students.
